Daily Duties at Computer Services Corporation, Inc.:

Provided administrative support to a mixed enterprise environment of over 750 physical and virtual VMware Windows and Unix/Solaris servers. Provide installation/maintenance/decommission of systems software, hardware, and peripherals. Provide system software and hardware testing /performance evaluations. Provide database management (including installation, testing, evaluation, and operational trouble shooting), data storage, and data backup/restoral. Perform frequent failover emergency systems operational relocation procedures, to ensure seamless enterprise readiness and deliverability in the event of catastrophic failures/events. Provide Legacy hardware support and associated technical documentation and reporting. Provide systems security including, but not limited to, FISMA, Antivirus, documentation, application of DOD IAVM/IVMA/IAVB information Assurance Vulnerability standards, Active Directory policy management , and software application CTO’s and INFOCONs. Provide Storage Area Network setup, configuration administration, and performance monitoring. Provide Active Directory user support, including account creation, resource access configuration, and account access discontinuance per US DOD and Command Requirements. Maintain Enterprise Backup systems support for NMPBS.
