• Managed all floodplain and storm water issues for the County; responsible for reviewing and granting permits for development in the floodplain when compliance was met by the applicant(s). • Compiled several detailed county-wide reports including “Existing Conditions Report” and “Wind Energy Facility Report”; wrote seven comprehensive checklists. • As Community Rating System Coordinator, prepared documentation for Benton County’s ISO rating. • Updated and reviewed Benton County Ordinances and authored multiple long-range planning documents. • Mitigated future stormwater damage effects by designing a robust Stormwater Management Program in compliance with EPA Phase II MS4; expert resource for all planning and environmental issues for the County. • Key member and Lead of the Benton County RAMPP/FEMA Leadership Team.
