Daily Duties at True Position:
-Directed activities of 3-5 Switch Engineers and 5-10 field technicians on E911 integration project in Southeast region for AT&T. -Monitored activities of subcontractors deploying 600 new LMU's in market. -Provided technical expertise for BSC integrations and customer support for teams deploying various projects relating to network integration, deployment of new sites, installation, test and turn-up of E911 wireless location services in GSM/TDMA markets. -Optimize network quality through researching network configurations, ancillary equipment, and site specifics. -Work closely with customer in managing multiple vendors and provide support for activities/organization of network integration while maintaining FCC compliance. -Insure reporting to higher levels of management regarding status and outcome of various projects with supporting system data. -Provided customer training and support pertaining to overall system performance, troubleshooting, and network sustainment.
