Drove sales and customer service, undertook low performing departments, turning them around by developing engaged teams with a desire to succeed. With each success I moved to other under-performing departments to turn-around businesses. Changed store locations, moving to Southglenn location during May Department Stores/Macy’s (Federated Department Stores) merger process.
