Daily Duties at Four Seasons Hotel:
Worked closely with Director with training, mentoring, scheduling and managing staff of 87 team members. Conduct quality control in all areas of the department: this includes linens, guest room supplies. Oversee department in absent of Director. Train and develop all MIT's(Manager's in Training). Oversee Valet Laundry on a daily basismakeing sure that this area have all the supplies they need and they are staff in accordance with business demands. Managed all database to ensure that all projects are completed annually, quartely and weekly.
