Maintain the highest standard in all guest rooms Conduct yearly reviews for all areas of the department Implement uniform system for better cost control - new uniform system saved department over $94,000.00 in spending during 2011 Managed all activities within housekeeping:training and development,all housekeeping/valet laundry inventories, payroll and scheduling, public areas,vendors, meeting and coporate training etc. Quaterly deep cleaning of all guest rooms - edge vacuuming, flip mattresses, steaming coaches, Change protectors/pillow protectors, shampoo carpets and liaison with engineering crew to go through as well.
