Daily Duties at Republic National Distributing Company:
As a member of the Fine Wine On-Premise Team I was responsible for obtaining sales, secure new business accounts and service the needs of the existing sales accounts with an assigned territory. I accomplished new product distribution, back-bar placement, wells, menus and promotions. I solicited business by personally visiting clients, attempting to interest prospective buyers and explaining the merit of product and its application. Recommended products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. Familiarized established accounts with new products and developments. Investigated and resolved customer complaints in accordance with company policy. Maintained information on competitive products, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing and marketing policies. Informed my manager of competitive activity and conditions that would affect company interests. Created price quotations, delivery dates and service obligations for my accounts.
