Daily Duties at Exxon Mobil:
Participated in international traveling to assist with training on special project migration. Performed thorough analysis to identify root causes of complex issues and provide resolution across all business units. Served as a liaison between Credit/Collections Department to clear aged open receivables, Cash Applications and unidentified cash, and Sales Team to ensure an effective relationship with customers in the business unit Issued monthly, quarterly, and annual rebates. Administered physical and administrative product returns. Prepared A/R entries. Proficient in month-end close process, accruals, journal entries, general ledgers. Generated monthly reports and spreadsheets for management to help implement a more effective way of resolving policy and invoice issues. Attest invoices for payment, PO verification, correct pricing, and order confirmation. Performed cost and pricing analysis on custom proposals and develop customer presentable models detailing domestic pricing solution. Utilized market intelligence, product specifications, supply/demand information, and win/loss data to build pricing model.
