Daily Duties at Constellation Energy:

 Demonstrate expertise in knowledge of of all A/R processing flow, including business requirements and operations. Oversee daily and monthly reconciliation processes which help to resolve identified cash discrepancies between payment source, CRM, and depository bank accounts.  Oversee over 10 vendor and more than 35 utility payment processes, invoice processing and approvals, prepare, track and report adjustment entries to G/L  Track and report department key performance indicators related to cash receipts and performance to senior management. Ability to analyze transactions, detect and attempt to avoid future errors by providing direction to the team on how to research information, analyze data, and arrive at valid conclusions.  Maintain the performance of all job functions within the established internal controls framework for the area, including the key controls identified for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Establish goals and conduct performance reviews on an individual level and generate maximum value.  Analyze cash receipt processes and provide recommendations to increase effectiveness. Design, plan and execute payment and banking reconciliation policies and procedures. Investigate, recommend, and propose system enhancements.  Assisting in subsequently leading projects associated with payment vendors and utility payment files, providing assistance and resolutions to post production related issues, and deliver comprehensive knowledge to stakeholders across the business to ensure data and process integrity.
