Cultivate relationships with presribers and diabetes educators that established a strong customer base upon which to build business. Identified problems adn found solutions through recruiting and training dependable and dedicated nurses to train patients and provide the clnical support needed for prescribers to feel comfortable using our product Planned and implemented educational symposia throughout the territory in order to educate current and prospective doctors and diabetes educators on the benefits and ease of using and prescribing our pump Speak at both patient and healtcare professional programs to provide information and education on insulin pump therapy Provide consultive sales techniques in order to be viewed by prescribers as an expert partner in the management of their patients. Coordinated and oversaw all patient education and follow up on insulin pump therapy ; this included managing at least 30 certified pump trainers.
