Supported users in San Diego, Dallas and Mexico City with daily tasks and issues. Ordered and configured new PCs. Ordered hardware and software for all the offices. Assisted with the company web site implementation. • Managed and maintained all dimensions of systems management of 7 node VAX cluster. Managed a network of 90 PCs using DEC Pathworks. Demonstrated ability in Windows and UNIX environment. • Developed and managed resources and vendors for completion of projects. Enforcing all IT procedures. • Experienced and knowledgeable of software/networking with excellent in technical/logical knowledge. • As Support Technician, was fully responsible for troubleshooting software and database connections. • Regularly created and managed Users in the Domain and setting up approved Users permissions. • Consistently provided and completed desktop system administration and support to network users. • Interacted with end-users after identifying challenges to resolve IT questions, issues, and problems. • Worked with vendors on warranty and repair of systems. Performed systems upgrades and patches. • Troubleshot printing issues with computer systems and issues with Outlook and general email issues. • Installed, configured, administered, and maintained new servers and enterprise-based applications.
