Informaiton Systems Manager ensuring that projects were delivered on time and on budget with no significant issues. Planed and led the implementation of the Rackspace external hosting solution to support Kraft Foods business partners in Chicago and in Chaini India. Responsibilities including developing the project plan, end-user training plan and coordinating all technical support activities.
