Daily Duties at Milton Manufacturing :
Assisted the Company President and outside consulting firm specifically to coordinate the implementation of a business plan designed to grow the business by 700%. Met with key individuals company-wide to ensure the action items were on target. Created dashboard reports for senior management to concisely indicate business plan progress. Achieved a "system of work" flow chart mapping each procedure used throughout the company and identified processing time inefficiencies. Worked in multiple departments when required and implemented internal process improvements resulting in an increase of both new contracts awarded and improved manufacturing capacity. Facilitated company-wide meetings and provided all informational and training materials.
