Daily Duties at Rite Aid:
Provided corporate and state compliance duties, management and development of support staff(staff pharmacists, technicians and cashiers), compounding specialty medications, development and management of department operations, Chief representative of the pharmacy staff to both internal and community customers, remediation of customer grievances, dispensing quality and assurance, drug utilization and review/clinical intervention, inventory management, communication with prescribers, nurses, caseworkers and insurance representatives, influenza and pneumococcal vaccine administration (beginning August, 2009), establishing vaccination protocols with area healthcare providers, established staff billing procedures for vaccines
