Process and bill prescription claims on BESTRX computer dispensing system, perform company and state compliance duties, manage and provide development training of pharmacy staff (staff pharmacists, interns, technicians, delivery drivers and cashiers), prepare specialty compounded medications, develop and manage pharmacy operations and procedures, Act as chief HIPPA Privacy Act Compliancy officer, implement resolution of customer grievances and complaints, dispense quality and assurance, Perform Drug Utilization and Review and clinical intervention, work with doctors and insurance companies to resolve insurance coverage formulary issues, manage inventory including overstock control, utilize and maintain Script-Pro automated dispensing systems along with moving medications to and from the system based on usage.
