Daily Duties at Atria Senior Living:
Ordering of all food and beverage for meal service write al menus and recepies for restaurant style operation serving three meals a day, banquets, Any time dinning, and a 24 hour Cafe. Traing of the Staff both front of the house and back of the house, inservices, scheduling and mentoring. Interacted with residents and their guests. Maintain high levels of food service and maintain costs as well as bring in additional revenue. Work all stations in the back of the house and wait tables as necesary. This in reality was a working chefs postion with all the responsibilities of an executive chef/ food and beverage director
