November 2011-May 2012: ProMED Onsite Optimization Assessments: Primary Project Manager for 9 Onsite Assessments for facilities that have implemented ProMED Electronic Physician and Nursing Documentation. Interviewed stakeholders including Executive management and end user community. Assessed ED workflow, ProMED usage and hardware to assure ProMED specifications are being met. Facilitate managing scope, schedule, issues/risks, communications and expectations. Work with business partners to define and prioritize requirements and scope. Develop and sustain strong working relationships with cross functional teams. Analyze, remove and proactively prevent issues across team to meet quality standards, project milestones and business objectives. Deliverables included: quotes for hardware replacement and training. May 2011-December 2012: ProMED Electronic Physician Documentation (EPD) Implementations: Primary Project Manager for 5 sites EPD implementations. Provided support for 10 Onsite events for team member sites. Facilitate managing scope, schedules, issues/risks, communications and expectations Communicates project goals, roles and responsibilities, deliverables and milestones to facility project team and Executive Management. Identify and manage project issues and risks and develop intervention strategies and mitigate any impact to the project scope and/or schedule. Overall coordination of business and technical requirements for configuration, interfaces and reports. Serve as point of escalation for client project team members Primary facilitator for discussions between vendor and client regarding project concerns
