Datapath Work Values

Daily Duties at Datapath:

Inspect, maintain, operate and repair systems, sub-assemblies and components at primary depot in support of U.S. Army base air traffic control systems, air field operations, Operations and Maintenance Support-Europe, Area Maintenance Supply Facility, Germany. Equipment include but not limited to the AN/GRT 21; 22, AN/GRR 23; 24 VHF/UHF AM voice aeronautical radio system, AN/GRC-171 UHF AM voice aeronautical transceiver, AN/FSC-92 Air Traffic Control Switching System, AN/FSC-127 Voice Communications Switching System, Nautel T-1428/FRN Non-Directional Beacon, R-2176 Monitor Receiver, AN/TRN-30 Tactical Beacon, C-10931 Radio Channel Control, AN/FRN-41 VOR, GMQ-11/20 Wind Indicating System. Performed quality control, periodic operational checks and inspections, system diagnostics, calibrations and alignments, component level troubleshooting and repair using basic hand tools, electronic test equipment, technical manuals and procedures, and full scale equipment mock-ups. Participated in mobile support teams on periodic visits to distant airfields to advise and assist local technicians.
