Fiducial Business Centers acquired my former employer Recor Associates, Inc. Responsible for leading the daily office operations in two offices. Offer all product lines and services to clients – tax, payroll, business counseling, accounting and financial reporting. Manage financial reporting, office budget and implementation of on-going accounting services. Assist in the preparation of annual corporate budgeting and adjustments. Provides advice, guidance and required information to clients. Responsible for management, supervision and development guidance of staff and budget. Trains office staff on applications, systems and manuals. Make sales presentations to prospective clients and bring to a successful close. Establish and monitors client retention programs. Process payroll for various client types. Preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns.
