As a Branch Manager I had total responsibility for the region of this Home Health Agency: Made schedules, assignments, wrote the Administrative Orders, oversaw QA activities performed by the QA coordinator, supervised the leader of the team of home health aides,and supervised the LPN's, RN's, and office staff. Reported to corporate but the company went out of business soon after my employment.
