1Lahaina: Oversaw all clinical and administrative operations of multidisciplinary primary care facility, coordinating all patient care activities. Managed team of 10 physicians, including 6 core family physicians, 1 pediatrician, 2 ophthalmology specialists, as well as several visiting specialists daily. Hired, evaluated, trained, and mentored medical staff. Oversaw administrative functions. Wailuku: Supervised all aspects of services and care as leader of team of approximately 32 physicians providing urgent care, dermatology, industrial medicine, urology, orthopedics, cardiology, GI, and surgical care clinics. Managed, trained, and evaluated medical staff. Led quality control. Oversaw union relations.
