INDUSTRIES: Automotive & Industrial Responsible for development of a master plan for engine builds, testing, and training material for multiple vehicle programs (Escort, Windstar, Explorer, Expedition & Navigator). This included a complete CPM network of major / minor milestones and deliverables on Systems and Sub-Systems level, as well as resource crash analysis. Coordinated with cross functional teams, product development, process leadership, design, manufacturing, and launch teams. Served as a member of the world class Ford Product Development System efforts (FPDS).
