Daily Duties at Denny's, Inc.:

INDUSTRIES: Retail & Commercial Lead a cross functional team for the development and implementation of the CapEx and R&M ERF system that achieved and reflected major improvements in project planning, budgeting and execution. Other responsibilities included development, coordination & implementation of regional master facilities & remodeling plans thru on-site inspections, walkthrus with Area Managers, discussions & negotiations with contractors, architects & local governmental authorities in various cities & states throughout the USA. REMODELS: Initiated & instituted development of master plans for the execution of partial / complete remodels including but not limited to FOH / BOH within predetermined budget & time schedule. Coordinated with local GMs / AMs, marketing & operations representatives. FACILITIES / TRAINING: Initiated & instituted development of master plans for the execution of facilities R&M / CapEx projects. Coordinated & conducted multiple Facility Workshops throughout the region to ensure training of GMs & RMs to tackle on-site negotiations, repairs & facilities’ issues.
