Acquired clientele through internet and traditional marketing methods, including contacts previously made. Administered day to day operations, financials and expense allocation as well as making income projections and forecasts. Provided facilitation to students by asking questions and eliciting responses, participation and gearing classes to skill levels. Travelled to numerous dealerships around the US and Canada to provide in house consultation and training/facilitation to staff with self written 90 page curriculum. Provided General managers with weekly written reports focusing on strengths/opportunities for improvement.
