Complete P&L responsibility including adapting to a refined accounting method, including a more complex income and expense distribution process, re-development of all dealership processes to conform to new company standards in sales, service parts, and administration. Managing a $1.3 million new car and $700,000 used car inventory as well as a $100,000 parts inventory. Complete accountability to the financial statement. Supervised, trained and mentored new managers and salespeople.
