Direct and Manage all aspects of this operation including the supervision of 4 Sales Managers and 3 Service Parts, and Body Shop Managers with a staff of 67 employees. Accountable to all aspects of the business and facility, including management of $4 million in New and Used vehicle and $300,000 in Parts inventory, cash flow and assets, regulatory compliance, Human Resources and Facility Management.
