Daily Duties at J. Mclaughlin :
I was responsible for the overall management of store design form the beginning to the finished design site construction and maintenance of all existing store. Real estate selection, project budgeting, and supervision of all contractor-build functions for all retail store projects including refreshes, remodels, relocations, expansions, and new store openings. I was also responsible for planned and completed all project where on time and on budget, and meet quality expectations and creative design requirements. I was responsible for all of J. Mclaughlin facilities form the day to day procedures to any new redesign of the facility. I also managed all suppies and distribution for all stores, corprate office and facility.
