Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO, General Counsel, and OEM Marketing Management Team Heavy individual and departmental calendars, extensive and complex global travel, online expense reporting, purchasing, event/meeting planning and catering, conference and trade show coordination, assisting with legal documentation (i.e. contracts, trademarks, patents), and all other administrative projects as required
