Daily Duties at Hilti:

• Extensive experience managing a Proshop store. • Maximizing sales, providing high levels of customer service, and demonstrating & selling Hilti products to professional contractors. • Travel different states to cover Hilti Proshop in Home Depot. • Responsible for opening or closing Proshop, daily sales report, and overseeing shipping and receiving. • Managed inventory and, Ensure all returns are handled with the highest level of customer service, plus all repair tools are handled in a timely manner. • Training and Supervision of up to fifteen new personnel for Proshops, plus informed Reg. Manager of Development/Training of all new personnel. • Inventory Control/Loss Prevention. • Ensure all merchandise is ticketed properly with the correct style and price information. • Assist Home Depot store managers in different stores in development of inventory control and cross merchandising. • Marketing Specialist in maintain event area of store with a strong item impact; ensure all displays have the best use of color adhering to all visual merchandise recommended
