Daily Duties at Powerhouse Gym:

• Develop policies and strategies for financial management including all revenues, expense and investment of new products. • Managed front desk, cash, receipts, guest logs and put members in the system. • Performed sales calls to potential members in order to get them in the gym and buy memberships. • Managing stock inventory, purchase and sales. Manage to ensure the gym equipments are properly maintained. • Interviewing, hiring and training of all associates with plans for employee retention and reducing turnover. • Went out in field to create cross marketing agreements with local businesses in order to generate new members.
