Promoted to lead eight business units (Customer Service/ Sales, Information Systems, Education Programs and Events, Counseling, Volunteer Development, Human Resources, Distribution, and Finance) with 8 Directors, 4 field managers and 40 plus employees. Led organization wide strategic planning initiatives as well as several process improvement projects.
