Daily Duties at Walgreens:
-Fills new prescriptions/refills and bills the patient's insurance provider within the 10 minute time limit set by company. -Counsels patient in their medication use. Gives free advice on over the counter medication selection and use. -provided specilized services to help patients monitor their conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, diet, exercise by routing them to free printed material offered by company. -kept costs down by ordering inventory only if needed.
