Daily Duties at Shine International:
Draft and negotiate international and domestic finished episode license, format agreements and acquisition agreements for scripted and non-scripted/reality television programming such as The Biggest Loser and Masterchef. Also negotiate and draft finance and co-production agreements, digital distribution, ancillary rights licensing, output and first look agreements.
