After receiving project from my manager, I would meet with the SME (subject matter expert) to document what the problem was, then write the project requirements and project specifications. Conduct meeting with tester and programmer to ensure requirements are under- standable. Meet weekly with all involved with project to ensure date of project implementation is on track.
