• Prospect, appoint, sell service and maintain a producer force that can sell and control a profitable and growing book of business • Attained a through knowledge of the geographic assigned territory with regard to production sources, competitor activity and economic as well as demographic idiosyncrasies • Responsible for the profitable sale of the company products, • Increasing sales of existing products, introducing and selling new products as they are developed • Develop the assigned producer group to improve the quality and quantity of the business we obtain from assigned producers • Act as the primary contact and representative of the company with existing and prospective consumers • Carried out Company policies through activities that will meet both the long and short term objectives of the Company • To build and maintain a productive relationship with each production source • Participate in and prepare for periodic agency and rate reviews
