Daily Duties at Shapiro & Connor Marketing Services, Inc.:

Creative design and development, project management, and marketing strategy for: print ads, billboards, signage, package design, brochures, trade show exhibits, catalog sheets, direct mail, sales incentive programs, web banner programs, website design & implementation, html email campaigns and corporate identification. • Handled all creative project management utilizing conventional and computer based software tracking methods. • Print Production Management on all projects; handle outside vendors detailing estimates, cost structure, job tracking, and job specifications through to project completion. • Maintain close contact with client from initial marketing presentation, concept, design and production stages of any given project. • Worked in a cross-platform environment (MAC/PC) to meet our client’s needs. • Product development - marketing campaigns and creative services. • Managed an art department of up to 8 staff artists and 4 freelance artist/designers. • Utilized the computers capabilities to cut overhead and full-time individuals to a per project basis to meet employer’s goal to downsize to a small staff.
