Daily Duties at Kelco Industries, Inc.:

Focused Strategy at the executive level. Create and develop strategic plans focusing on new concepts, methods, and frameworks for sustainable profitable growth within dynamic industrial markets. Report directly to President as well as the Chairman. Represent the company at trade shows, executive clubs, academic programs, etc. as directed by the Chairman. Advanced through a series of promotions, culminating in a strategy position with a cross-functional operating strategy team, which required continuous growth in various subjects to move forward. Direct reporting to the Chairman as well as the President. Responsible to lead strategic planning sessions because of my strengths in presentation, negotiation and communication skills. Developed and grew in functional insights by creating frameworks, methods, strategic learning contributions both individual and collective. Created and developed case studies for recommendations to executive management which involved strategies for product and process capabilities with the application of resources. Contributed to internal reviews of financials, policies, and procedures to achieve margin objectives. Illustrations/case study available with interview. (Confidentiality respected). ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Presented recommendations to executive management on investment strategy trends in hold-and-grow strategies for portfolio companies, acquisitions, divestiture, etc. in domestic and emerging markets. Enhanced strategy platforms with Investment views, team financial formats, multiple methods, etc. Leveraged and identified margin objectives within the corporate design of multi-channel opportunities for market development within diverse industries. Continuous improvement to grow in basic understanding of product technologies’, process technologies’, material technologies’, product development strategies, etc. and offerings by attending numerous technical trade shows and seminars by experts in their field. Increased win rate with unique formats for cross-functional objectives for product development process, sales design, GTM strategies and customer offerings. Designed views for Management of Information with perspectives on mobile devices, tablet apps, social media, etc. for involvement opportunities and margin contributions. Conducted competitive team market analysis on domestic and emerging markets to increase partnership alliances. Earned commendations from team members for creative deliverables that targeted desired industries for value streams increasing margin contributions. Continual improvement and involvement at the executive level with operating plans, financial plans, sales plans, marketing plans, product plans, joint development plans, project plans, distribution plans, etc. Developed corporate materials and team communications to enhance strategy initiatives. Drive value propositions and identified competitive insights to enhance objectives of customers and technical supplier programs. Identified, analyzed and evaluated market segments, competitors, legislative, economic, and customers and their offerings, etc. for executive technical team members.
