Direct data activities of programmers and analysts. Gather requirements from users, model data relationships, establish test databases, review program logic, and review gens of TP monitor for new system designed to improve accuracy and timeliness of credit and collections. Create weekly newsletter displaying planned vs. actual performance using time and space utilization criteria, enabling management and the supported businesses to keep abreast of operational effectiveness and planned modifications. Initial system was brought on-line within schedule limits.
