Drove the generation of new billing tools and control checks to minimize time requirements per task. Implemented maintenance process project engineering new processes for asset driven outsourced maint. bill as part of a unified global billing process creating a 300% productivity increase also resulting in $1.1mm evaluated in costs and $263k saved. European Business VPN migration project – Implemented, migrated and removed / cleaned up 100+ sites from ATM / P2P to VPN in EMEA
