Daily Duties at Adelphia Cable Communications:

Conducted an OSS and provisioning solution project as it related to the national residential implementation of the Adelphia VoIP product. Standard PMI practices introduced to environment for the purpose of assessing the requirements and creating the appropriate plan for managing and leading a multi-functional and virtual team environment to success. Completed VoIP project 3 months ahead of time and $60k ahead of budget. Delivered processes for Call center interaction – to include scripting and IVR changes. Call flow mapping. Creation of educational tools for the field regarding residential wiring changes and installation of EMTA devices. Complete OSS architecture review and modification for product service design implementation. Product portfolio changes to include web GUI changes – SW development project for VoIP implementation to include standard SDLC process and best practices. Bug review and release management processes. Multiple collateral projects funneling to a single objective completed successfully. Projects crossed the gamut from SW to HW to Networking and engineering. Multiple vendor management relationships from consultants to SLA negotiations regarding response times on VoIP tech solutions.
