Daily Duties at Dst Systems:

 Prepared corporate budget of $83,000,000, including presentation to CFO of BFDS and senior vice president’s regarding performance analysis, and coordinating with department/division managers for detailed budgetary data.  Supervised 50+ employees, including hiring and dismissal, performance reviews, mentoring/coaching, salary increases, scheduling, one-on-one training, and general oversight of his employees.  Development and implementation of divisional budget resulted in elimination of 50+ employees and three groups/departments, saving DST/BFDS nearly $1,500,000 in employee costs.  Created and presented fee schedules and performed client negotiations with senior vice president and CEO.  Increased mail center efficiency through defining of five worktypes, providing timely mail scanning (prior to 10:00 AM), and elimination of nearly 20 employees for a cost savings of $540,000  Compiled management productivity and efficiency matrix, including client surveys for determination of management restructuring.  Participated in General Ledger/Accounting System conversion to Claris System (including coordination with DST Corporate PeopleSoft system), encompassing creation of new accounting structure, departments, General Ledger structure, and system integration requirements.  Produced Cycle of Success program data in graph structure, including phone statistics, employee hours, activity statistics, hours worked per week and per group, overtime hours, volumes, and revenues.  Achieved successful Federal Reserve audit, coordinating executive management meetings, documentation review prior to audit, and furnishing all requested documentation and data to federal auditors.  Exceeded bonus objectives annually throughout full employment tenure.
