Prepared corporate budget of $83,000,000, including presentation to CFO of BFDS and senior vice president’s regarding performance analysis, and coordinating with department/division managers for detailed budgetary data. Supervised 50+ employees, including hiring and dismissal, performance reviews, mentoring/coaching, salary increases, scheduling, one-on-one training, and general oversight of his employees. Development and implementation of divisional budget resulted in elimination of 50+ employees and three groups/departments, saving DST/BFDS nearly $1,500,000 in employee costs. Created and presented fee schedules and performed client negotiations with senior vice president and CEO. Increased mail center efficiency through defining of five worktypes, providing timely mail scanning (prior to 10:00 AM), and elimination of nearly 20 employees for a cost savings of $540,000 Compiled management productivity and efficiency matrix, including client surveys for determination of management restructuring. Participated in General Ledger/Accounting System conversion to Claris System (including coordination with DST Corporate PeopleSoft system), encompassing creation of new accounting structure, departments, General Ledger structure, and system integration requirements. Produced Cycle of Success program data in graph structure, including phone statistics, employee hours, activity statistics, hours worked per week and per group, overtime hours, volumes, and revenues. Achieved successful Federal Reserve audit, coordinating executive management meetings, documentation review prior to audit, and furnishing all requested documentation and data to federal auditors. Exceeded bonus objectives annually throughout full employment tenure.
