Daily Duties at Kassole Company, Inc.:

I was responsible for the day to day customer service of all in force personal life insurance clients as well as commercial group benefit clients. For those clients who held a life insurance policy, I was responsible for service requests such as change of beneficiary requests, policy value updates and loans (if applicable). For our group benefit clients, I was responsible for such service tasks as processing the forms for additional enrollment and disenrollment of employees from the plan of benefits. I would also rectify any billing and claim issues as well as follow up on late payments to avoid cancellation and should the client actually get terminated, I would work getting them reinstated. I was also responsible for the cross-selling of life and health products to the personal and commercial general insurance clients. As commercial accounts came up for renewal that did not have group benefits with us, I would include a benefits proposal package in their commercial policy renewal and then follow that up. For those clients that had group benefits with us I would make sure a comprehensive renewal analysis was prepared for them and that it included competitive alternatives. In addition, if ample cost savings was achieved, I would include proposals for additional products such a Group Long Term Disability and Long Term Care, Group Life and Dental.
