Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company:
Responsibilities include management of of regional support operations, including IT systems implementation, systems release management, desktop help desk support, policy administration, underwriting & sales support and office administrative support. Additional responsibilities include management of project managers and business analysts focused on state insurance department requirements and internal strategic initiatives, including analysis, business requirements development, testing and training of regional underwriting and sales staff. Further management of customer support incoming call center supporting policy changes and claims reporting.
