Profit and loss responsibilities include regional enterprise customer support to Commercial Markets Underwriting & Operations, including underwriting support, renewal underwriting, claims administration, broker/agency account management, policy administration, including rating, quoting, quality assurance, IT implementation, internal & external training, client relationship management and customer service. Further responsibilities include process improvement and business transformation throughout the enterprise, ensuring expense management and corporate integrity for five regional offices supporting 9 states throughout the southeast.
