Providing contractual support to insurance industry by assignment documenting process and providing business requirements to enhance expense management of back office operations, introduction of underwriting initiatives, and operational expense management. Additionally, provides support to non-profits in the area of project management, documenting process of USDA guidelines & requirements, Federal Department of Family and Children Services, Fiscal Departments, and preparation of Annual Assessment.
