Field Manager-Handles 7 dooors 3 accouts. Drove sales through customer service strategies executing impromptu try on workshops. Fostered relationships with the Buying Offices to gather weekly sale/stock information for the Field Managers and acted as point person for Macy's Bloomingdale's Lord and Taylor for the Nation. Train the Stock Handlers and Receiving Team Management, Associates, in all doors, all accounts setting and achieving daily sales goals, seasonal strategies, merchandising and visual presentation.
