Daily Duties at Passages Community Services:

Planed, organized, staffed, directed and evaluated program activities to meet goals. Responsible for the overall coordination and management of the mental health care center. Handled the tasks of organizing, planning and managing mental health service for patients of different age groups. Handled the tasks of conducting programs and developing strategies to improve the health center. Worked closely with the Clinical Director for performing day-to-day activities of the organization. Responsible for administering, reviewing and making recommendations for the revision of policies and procedures of the residential center. Performed tasks under the general supervision of the health care Division Manager. Supervised program budget allocations, organize site visits, create program reports and identify funding needs. Coordinated with Program Director to develop improvement plans for direct care workers effectiveness to ensure the highest quality teaching. Performed any other duties and managed special projects related to the position of Program Manager.
