Prepared cirriculum, Wrote and implemented all range and explosves safety policies to include range operations. Conducted safety inspections of all major facilities, ranges and explsoves storage and use. Certiying official for UXO technicians, demolition qualification and safety inspections. Responsible for entire training budget.
