Daily Duties at Passages Community Services :

Supervised 28 Direct care staff. Managed over 20,000 consumer accounts for mental health, developmentally challenged, and senior consumers. Enthusiastically and patiently listened to and assessed calls in a timely manner to determine purpose of call. Collected and submitted consumer information into database to initiate care and utilization management programs. Leveraged consumer relationships to establish new accounts. Reviewed operational records and reports to ensure organizational production and processing standards’ are met. Assisted with development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of new procedures set forth by the Director of Passages Community Services. Researched, responded, and managed all written and verbal grievances, recipient rights and appeals as specified by state, federal, and local requirements. Ability to work independently and under pressure
