Daily Duties at Winn Dixie:
Responsible for the leadership and management of team members and center store operations. To execute the best practices, maximize sales and profitability while promoting increased customer confidence and loyalty by courteous and prompt service while maintaining a professional, friendly atmosphere. • Demonstrated exceptional guest services while promoting team members to exceed customer expectations. • Managed and controlled 2 million dollars in inventory and operational processes above company projections. Decreased total shrink by 1 basis point from 2.1% within a year. • Successfully trained department managers in cross merchandizing to improve production in sales and reduction in shrink. • Coordinated, implemented seasonal displays while educating team on visual effects for maximum sales potential. • Improved scores on DOA, State and Company audits from substandard to succeeding company standards. • Continually evaluated departmental conditions for implementing and improving processes and procedures. • Support of management teams to improve morale and job performance. • Conducted weekly reviews for individual management related to continuous sales training and improve job performance.
