Decreased total shrink by 1 basis point from 2.1% within a year. • Successfully trained department managers in cross merchandizing to improve production in sales and reduction in shrink. • Coordinated, implemented seasonal displays while educating team on visual effects for maximum sales potential. • Improved scores on DOA, State and Company audits from substandard to succeeding company standards. • Continually evaluated departmental conditions for implementing and improving processes and procedures. • Support of management teams to improve morale and job performance. • Conducted weekly reviews for individual management related to continuous sales training and improve job performance.
